Call for 8 new Phd at UNIMORE

The University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy) has already opened a call for recruiting 8 new PhD students that will do research in various fields of the ICT area, including the Big Data area.

Several research topics in the Big Data area are available (for the complete list see http://www.ict.unimore.it/ResearchTopics.asp):

– Pay-as-you go Big Data Integration

– Integration of large and open datasets

– Human Behavior Understanding by Computer Vision in the Deep Learning Era

– Data management for astronomical data and science alerts

A scholarship, funded by the Italian government, will be provided to each of the best 6 applicants.
